1. The listings
Most event information on Evera is gathered automatically from public event announcements and can change without notice. We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or up to date — always double-check details like time and venue with the organizer before you go.
2. Accounts and suspension
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, submits fraudulent or abusive content, or otherwise misuses the service.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Evera to submit false or misleading event information, impersonate an organizer or venue you don't represent, scrape or bulk-extract data from the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
4. Flyers and images
Flyers and other images shown on Evera belong to the organizers who created them; we display them to promote the events they describe. If you're an organizer (or represent one) and want an image removed, contact legal@everaevents.com. We honor removal requests within 7 days.
5. No warranty, limitation of liability
Evera is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or your reliance on information it displays, including event details we didn't verify ourselves.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Evera after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
